Americans drink beer as a recreational activity, which is no different than abusing prescription drugs. The people who laugh and scoff at my preaching against beer have never stood over the graves of a mother and child killed by a drunk-driver. I have! I'll never forget that little white casket being lowered alongside the mother's casket, because some drunk driver killed them. The drunk driver lived. We live in a morally toxic society in America.

Young girls today, they want to have fun. Young girls today just wanna party. Today young girls wanna go to a nightclub and have open sex on the floor of the nightclub, and then put it on YouTube, and if they should get pregnant they want to throw the baby into a dumpster. That's the new America! No morals. No self-respect. No nation. No borders. No language. No culture. No responsibility. Now that's America today!

Physician Questions the View that Alcoholism is a Disease

To the Editor of The Star:
Alcoholism, a disease? If so:

  • It is the only disease contracted by an act of will.
  • It is the only disease that is habit forming.
  • It is the only disease that comes in a bottle.
  • It is the only disease causing hundreds of thousands of family disruptions.
  • It is the only disease promoting crime and brutality.
  • It is the only disease contributing to hundreds of thousands of automobile accidents.
  • It is the only disease playing a major part in over 50% of the more than 50,000 annual highway deaths.
  • It is the only disease which is sold by license.
  • It is the only disease that is bought in grocery stores, drug stores and well-marked retail outlets.
  • It is the only disease that is taxed by the government.
  • It is the only disease that is necessary for medical doctors to fellowship one with another.
  • It is the only disease in which medical support for the disease outweighs any effort to prevent it.
  • It is the only disease advocated by almost all the advertising media.
  • It is the only disease given as a Christmas gift.
  • It is the only disease that has been “legalized” for Sunday by our legislators.
  • It is the only disease our medico-governor has promised to ignore and let the people be plagued seven days a week instead of six.
  • It is the only disease that is checked by government inspectors to make sure the poison is pure.

The Automobile Club of Michigan has reported that since 18-year-olds can buy the disease in their state, drinking drivers in the 18-20 age group increased their involvement in traffic accidents by 119%. They also had a 54% increase in fatal accidents, a 104% increase in injury accidents and a 135% increase in property damage accidents during 1972. If the highest executive in our state either doesn’t smell the problem or doesn’t have the backbone to try to protect Hoosiers from the Number 1 Problem disease on everybody’s polls, and he is a medical graduate, what help and hope is there for our state?

fact that he is intentionally in a bad business keeps that man from being a good man.

Beer destroys lives! Why should the non-alcohol drinking citizens in America have to pay for the reckless and irresponsible behavior of many of those who DO drink alcohol? Alcohol-related accidents cost the U.S. economy billions upon billions of dollars every year. Why hasn't congress stepped in to put an end to this evil? I think the following quote says it all.

Alcohol and bribery always go together (Isaiah 5:23-23). The pious hypocrite Rockefeller was a member of the Anti-Saloon League and actually donated money to the prohibition cause ($350,000 worth!). He HATED the booze business because he did not control it!!

When prohibition was enacted in 1920, he bought up all the distilleries and wineries at a pittance. Then when prohibition was repealed by Rockefeller stooge Roosevelt in 1933, the booze money began to flow into the Rockefeller coffers. That is why the Rockefeller owned newspapers are constantly telling people that alcohol is GOOD for you. They know that you will soon be visiting the Rockefeller controlled "doctors" and be using Rockefeller "drugs" to cure you. That is why "doctors" in the U.S. are not trying to stop the alcohol/poison business which is the main cause of illness and death in the country.

Rockefeller Bribery!!

The entire Rockefeller billions were made by BRIBERY, KICKBACKS, EXTORTION and BLACKMAIL. Here is a small sample of Rockefeller in action from The History of the Standard Oil Co. by Ida Tarbell. At the time of its publication in 1905, Rockefeller could afford to buy almost every lawyer in the country and sue Miss Tarbell . . . but he feared exposure of his crimes more than anything else.

He secretly bought up ALL the publishing houses and newspapers in the country to prevent anybody else exposing his crime syndicate. Even today, the lying press gets all its propaganda from the Associated Press headquarters at Rockefeller Center in Rockefeller Land -- alias New York City:

"The moral effect of this system on employees is even a more serious feature of the case than the injustice it works to competition. For a "consideration" railroad freight clerks give confidential information concerning freight going through their hands. It would certainly be quite as legitimate for post-office clerks to allow Mr. Rockefeller to read the private letters of his competitors, as it is that the clerks of a railroad give him data concerning their shipments. Everybody through whose hands such information passes is contaminated by the knowledge. (History of the Standard Oil Co., pp 56-59).

The above picture speaks 1,000 words. The beer industry hypocritically tells teens not to drink alcohol until they are 21, while those same companies saturate American culture with booze, booze, booze! Consequently, underaged drinking is an epidemic problem in America!

Driving after drinking is deadly. Yet it still continues to happen across the United States. If you drive while impaired, you could get arrested, or worse—be involved in a traffic crash that causes serious injury or death.

Approximately one-third of all traffic crash fatalities in the United States involve drunk drivers (with BACs of .08 g/dL of higher). In 2017, there were 10,874 people killed in these preventable crashes. In fact, on average over the 10-year period from 2006-2016, more than 10,000 people died every year in drunk-driving crashes.

In every State, it’s illegal to drive with a BAC of .08 or higher, yet one person was killed in a drunk-driving crash every 48 minutes in the United States in 2017.

Men are more likely than women to be driving drunk in fatal crashes. In 2017, 21% of men were drunk in these crashes, compared to 14% for women. —SOURCE: National Highway Transportation And Safety Authority

Denise Wagoner didn't die in the above alcohol-related car accident, but probably wishes she had. This is but one horrific
tragedy, one of the millions of victims who DIDN'T die but will suffer for the rest of their lives because of beer.

Here's another tragic story . . .

Beer is extremely dangerous because it contains less alcohol than stronger drinks such as whiskey.  Beer drinkers are under a FALSE sense of security and are likely to consume much more alcohol. The alcohol barons are liars and won't tell the truth to the public. Most deaths caused by alcohol are directly the result of BEER drinking; not hard liquor. 

In addition, most alcohol-related accidents involve drivers with a BAC (Blood Alcohol Concentration) under .08 (the legal limit). A 13-year old girl was recently struck and killed by an alcohol-impaired driver in our neighborhood. His BAC was .06, so legally he couldn't be charged with drunk driving, even though he was stumbling from his car and talking in mumble. ALL types of alcoholic drinks need to be banned from American society, because alcohol has PROVEN to be a menace to our society.  America needs Billy Sundays to rise up all across this once great nation, preaching uncompromisingly hard and loud sermons against the evils of drinking alcohol. Truly, alcohol has earned the name LIQUID DEVIL.

  • Fact: Beer is the drink most commonly consumed by people stopped for alcohol-impaired driving or involved in alcohol-related crashes. —Source
  • Fact: In 2001, more than half a million people were injured or disfigured in crashes where police reported that alcohol was present—an average of one person injured approximately every minute. One third of these were children. —Source
  • Fact: In 2002, an estimated 17,419 people died in alcohol–related traffic crashes—an average of one every 30 minutes. These deaths constitute 41 percent of the 42,815 total traffic fatalities. —Source
  • Fact: Alcohol is closely linked with violence. About 40 percent of all crimes (violent and non-violent) are committed under the influence of alcohol. —Source
  • Fact: In 2000, the societal costs of alcohol-related crashes in the United States averaged $1.00 per drink consumed. People other than the drinking driver paid $0.60 per drink. —Source

The Hypocrisy of Alcohol and Drug Laws

Marijuana is illegal in most of the world, while alcohol is legal, despite the fact that alcohol is a far more dangerous drug than marijuana in every way. People consider marijuana to be a dangerous drug, while they think of alcohol as being a fun beverage.

They consider those who sell marijuana to be drug dealers, the scourge of society who should be hunted down and imprisoned, while those who sell alcohol (wine makers, grocery stores) are viewed as respectable citizens.

Logically speaking, it should be the other way around. Alcohol tends to make many people aggressive, leading to a variety of violent crimes, while marijuana does not. Alcohol is a central nervous system depressant, and leads to a serious loss of coordination and motor skills.

At larger doses, alcohol renders one completely unconscious. Drunk drivers cause enormous numbers of automobile accidents and deaths. Marijuana is not a central nervous system depressant, and while one probably shouldn't drive while intoxicated on anything, it simply does not cause anywhere near the loss of motor control that alcohol does, and is only a fraction as dangerous as alcohol in terms of driving. And, a large enough dose of alcohol can and will kill you, while the same is not true of marijuana.

But people are looking at this based on their feelings. Marijuana feels like a drug to them. It's illegal, isn't it? Alcohol feels like a fun beverage. It's legal, and socially acceptable, so it feels ok, so it must be ok. So the same cop who arrests someone for possessing Marijuana, can LEGALLY go home and get plastered on Jim Beam or Jack Daniel's alcohol. All of this is illogical and stupid, and typically human. It is tragic! The American people have proven themselves to be irresponsible when it comes to booze. Our sinful “get down and party” culture promotes boozing and drunkenness.
